DELIVERY
Your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 days after receiving your order. Once your package is on its way to you a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the online checkout. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery once receiving this email. Your order will require a signature on delivery.

Goods will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duty taxes on arrival. In this instance Pamela Shiffer is not liable for any such payments.

UK Express Delivery: Free (2-3 working days)
European Delivery: £12.00 (3-5 working days)
International Delivery: £15.00 (5-7 working days)

RETURNS
We hope that you will always be happy with whatever you purchase from Pamela Shiffer however, should you need to return an item we are happy to provide a full refund for up to 14 days after receiving your item. Please notify the store via email so we are made aware of the arrival of the goods.

Items can be returned either via post or in store. Refunds will be credited to you via your original method of payment.

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with its original tags attached and shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to do this will result in your refund request being rejected and the items will be sent back to you.

We are unable to cover costs for items returned via post, please send the goods by recorded delivery to obtain a proof of postage and tracking number.
